This part can be obtained from the genome/megaplasmid of Azospirillum brasilense sp7.

The primers to amplify this part were designed as follows: The forward primer was designed to add a HindIII restriction enzyme site and the reverse primer was designed to add an XbaI site to the sequence. The restriction enzyme sites were appropriately flanked by 2/3 bases in the primers so that the amplified linear fragment can be efficiently cut by the appropriate restriction enzyme.
